There’s no cost for your initial consultation or wellness assessment. If you decide to join my 30-day clean eating program, you’ll receive personalized coaching, meal guidance, and access to clean, plant-based nutrition products that support your results. Product bundles are optional and vary based on your goals — most clients choose a set that fits within their budget, and I always help you access the best available discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start every new client relationship with a short wellness consultation where we talk about your current habits, energy, digestion, and overall goals. From there, I create a simple, personalized plan that focuses on clean eating, mindset, and daily wellness routines you can easily follow. If you decide to join my 30-Day Wellness Reset, you’ll receive coaching, recipes, accountability, and support throughout the month. I may recommend plant-based nutrition products that complement your program, but everything is customized to your lifestyle and comfort level. My goal is to make healthy living feel realistic and enjoyable — and to give you the tools to create lasting habits that work for your body and your schedule. 🌿
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is rooted in personal experience and continual learning. I was first introduced to a 30-day clean-eating program 11 years ago, and the results completely transformed my energy, mindset, and overall wellness. Since then, I’ve spent years learning through nutrition education, wellness workshops, and coaching calls led by certified health professionals and top leaders in the wellness industry. I’ve also guided many clients through the same clean-eating principles that changed my own health. I’m passionate about helping others make simple, sustainable changes that fit their lifestyle — and I combine what I’ve learned through experience with ongoing mentorship and training in holistic wellness. 🌿
