Introduction: I have been coaching, training, healing and guiding individuals in the Bay Area for 5 years, but have really been growing this skill my whole life. My desire to understand the way I was thinking about the world led me to help others to their own discoveries about who they are. Working with clients to come to their own understanding about what brings them the life they desire is my absolute joy and why zI love what I do.
I have extensive background in Human Realtions, family dynamics, Fitness, Reiki, Spiritual Healing, Long Distance Running. Its been my experience that my clients often arrive at my practice to get support in one aspect of their life, but as we unravel the intial obstacle we uncover the common thread running through all aspects of our lives. We often focus on fixing one thing rather than the whole thing. Integrating healing and thriving throughtout all aspects of one's life tends to create alignment in every partt of your life. I believe that asting change and true transformation come when we feel we have a trusted, non-judgmental, loving space to become aware of the true (sometimes unconscious) limiting self beliefs, negative self-talk, addictions, trauma..etc, that have shaped how we perceive ourselves and our capabilities. Often we establish patterns and habits that keep us from manifesting our dreams, and unlocking our potential.
