I had my bathtub reglazed by 24 Hour Bath Enterprises and a very pleased with the results. Rhonda's customer service was excellent answering all my questions clearly. The reglazing work was high-quality, making my tub look brand new. The job was completed on time, and Brian was professional and tidy. Our experience with 24 Hour Bath was flawless from beginning to end. Rhonda responded quickly to my request for a bathtub glazing, asked for pictures, gave me a quote, set up the appointment time and emailed the necessary documents all before the other two companies that I had contacted even returned a response! She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and highly professional
Adrian arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and professional. He covered all areas around the tub that needed to be protected and then did an excellent job on the glazing in the time agreed upon. He cleaned up the area that had tarps,etc and advised us on when the tub would be ready for use. He returned the next day again on time for the buffing process, cleaned up and the result is exactly what we had hoped for.
I highly recommend 24 Hour Bath!

First and foremost, the Customer Service Rep. Rhonda, from our very first conversation, was fantastic, personable, and simply amazing. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She patiently listened to my concerns and provided detailed information about the repair process, which made me feel confident.
When Brian, the technician, arrived at my home, I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. His workmanship was top-notch, and it was evident that he took great pride in his craft. He approached the repair with skill and precision, and the result was flawless.

I loved working with 24Hour Bath! They were very professional and responsive! I had to get my tub refinished after the last people did a horrible job. There was so much cracking and peeling of my tub. Rhonda was just amazing and so helpful! I had to get my tub refinished quickly and she was able to accommodate me! Brian was punctual and did the work in a timely manner always keeping us up to date on the status of the tub. Thank you 24 Hour Bath! My tub looks beautiful again! Highly recommend them for any bath services you need.
