- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Coaching and training started as a hobby and then I realized the impact I was having on other people's lives. The work was so fulfilling I decided to dedicate myself full time and have been happier ever since.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Understand a personal trainer's after hours commitment to you. Are they willing to email you between sessions or have brief phone conversations? Will they provide you with additional support tools such as online food journals or local exercise groups? Rebuilding your lifestyle is very challenging and often involves constant support so it is important that you're coach/trainer is available when you need them.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am committed to not only helping clients achieve their goals but helping them sustain their results. Sustainability is the most difficult part of an eating/exercise program. With my support, clients never feel like they are alone in their journey and feel confident to maintain their new healthy lifestyles.
