- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- For a limited period of time, we offer free diagnosis and layout what fees need to be paid upfront for us to start our service from the diagnosis result. After the promotion period, the diagnosis fee will be $25/hour. - If you agree to move forward and the job can be done remotely, we will send privacy policy, terms and conditions for our remote session service, and an estimate for you to read. If you agree and would like to move forward, please sign the agreement (privacy policy, terms and conditions) and pay us the estimate price in advance. - We use professional tools from Zoho, a cloud-based company for IT related services, that will be automatically removed from your computer after each session that you agree to have us remote to your computer. Your privacy is one of our most priority, we will not access to your device without your permission nor leave any trace behind after each session ends. - We will perform the required job on your computer and let you know when it's done, you have the right to terminate the session anytime you want. - Each session will generate a receipt about what happened during the remote session and the time we spent on your device to fix it. If we need more time than the previous estimate we will let you know and ask for the extra time with discounted price if the problem is not from your end. - If you're happy with our service, please give us a nice review to help our business growing. If somehow you're not, please contact us right away for another solution, we'll try our best to gain your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team from different fields in computer technology, which includes Bachelor Degree from Computer Science and Networking. We have been servicing over 300 computers daily with all kinds of problems that you might have with your computers for more than 7 years.
