I called Arachnida with an urgent request. I was at my 96yr old grandmothers home trying to bring it to lbetter living conditions. I was there for that 1d only. I realized quickly that there were wasps all around the eves. At least 5 nests. I called at 10 and the earliest they could do was 3-5. I explained my situation, they called Alan and he rearranged his schedule and showed up at 1ish. Alan was kind, understood the problem and helped us in our moment of need. Thank you Alan.

We found 2-3 spots have ants and they came immediately on the same day. After 3-4 days, the ants came indoor from a different spot on the second floor and they came back to redo the treatment. It was a Saturday. Our case might be special because the ants came back the 3rd time in the bathroom. Allan came back again and helped us again. They do care about the customer experience and respond timely with patience and treatments.
