- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
B&C Custom Builders wants to ensure we know exactly what our customers want. We will first spend time talking about the customers vision, possible obstacles, various solutions, etc. After discussing, we go out to the project site to do an in person estimate, and lastly we create written estimate that is provided to customers within three days. If we’re hired we then work on scheduling and identifying a timeframe for the project.

B&C Custom Builders has worked with a variety of customers, including home owners, real estate investors, property managers, and business owners.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In order for B&C Custom Builders to understand what a customer wants and to identify if their vision is possible, customers should think about the following questions for fence/gate installations: - What type of material do you want? - How tall do you want your gate/fence? - Which way do you want your gate to open? - What style of fence/gate do you want? (Inspiration pictures are helpful) - For wood gates/fences: what type of wood do you want? Do you want it stained/colored?
