He was initially responsive and came and gave an estimate to replace part of my patio cover. He had great difficulty getting a reliable method of getting paid for the initial supplies. Meaning I had to pay him and get refunded via multiple pay sites. He came and started the work then disappeared. He left his ladder and some supplies so I assumed he would return. Weeks later and no return. I messaged him that the wind was blowing the patio cover off the house. No response for days. Then excuses came and he said he was on his way. That was a 2 day drive apparently. He came and did a tiny amount of work and again disappeared. It’s been about another week and nothing. I texted him and my messages did not go through. I tried again and they are blocked. Tonight the patio cover blew over and all the supplies I paid for are ruined. I’ve been nothing but patient and polite to him. It’s been over a month of poor service. My neighbor got the same job done in a day.

It was very nice to meet Justin. He was personable and likable. He listened to our ideas, and made suggestions. He also took photos and said he would get back to us with an estimate by the following day. It's been over a week. I have sent multiple text messages and an email through this app and still have not heard back from him yet.
