- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give you a detailed estimate for your specific project once we discuss the details and scope of work. Feel free about asking for our pricing and we will be happy to provide a breakdown of the cost involved. Materials are seperate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can either email, phone call and text message, and discuss the project or issue they need assistance with. We schedule a consultation or visit to customers location to assess the project which allows them to understand the scope of work. We take measurements and discuss the customers need and preferences. The estimate only includes labor. Materials are not included. Once customer approves of estimate, we go ahead and schedule the perfect day and time to get the work done.
