Zack did an amazing job on our floors, and beat all the other estimates we received. He removed our old carpeting, and installed our new vinyl plank wood flooring, all in a timely manner. He also did an excellent job keeping my opinion in mind. With the flooring we purchased, each box was of the EXACT same grain planks, and we ended up having a majority of the same grain design, so I was worried about the planks that were the same being too close together , and he did an awesome job spacing them all out to look as natural as possible. He also helped us pick out and install a door in our hallway, which unfortunately we found out our hallway is not a perfectly rectangular entryway, but he trimmed and measured and trimmed and made that door fit and you would never even know it's not a perfect rectangle!! I highly recommend choosing him for any projects around the house, as he's a pleasure to do business with, and I never once had any buyer's remorse about the amount I spent. Great value for a great price. I will be calling him for any future work I need done!!

This is for a property unit. At first, this guy seemed pretty good. He was very upfront about his costs which is very good, so we scheduled a day and time and he said okay. I also understood that it would be farther for him, so I didn't have an issue paying for the travel fee. Then the day which he was supposed to go, he texted me asking about payment. But this was during the weekend where i usually put my work texts on silent, so i didnt see it until about a couple hours later(He could have given me a call instead but chose not to for reasons unknown). He decides that because he didnt get a reply within that time frame that he's not even going to give me a call to tell me that he's suddenly decided not to do the job he said he would the previous day AFTER I already told my tenant that he would be going. I'm glad about your honesty for pricing which is why I'm choosing to give 2 stars instead of 1, but any well-established business can pinpoint that how you handled this situation was very unprofessional. I still wish you well and hope you learn not to do this with another client.

I have never met a manager/landlord that turns their phone on silent period, let alone just for text on the weekend. I waited an hour and a half for a reply, and I texted again at 45 minutes to make sure. I'm sorry we couldn't work together.
