Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

Mark is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer and nutritionist. He is always on time, encouraging and has great plans. He also prepares meal plans that help me work towards my fitness--in my case, to bulk up. Mark is friendly and knows how to motivate me to work hard without making me feel overworked or bad.
WOW! THE BEST TRAINER I'VE HAD! Jessie's professionalism began with a detailed quote right from the beginning, compared to other quotes I received which didn't include a price whatsoever (which leads me to believe they are trying to lure me in, I'm in sales and know the tactics). A little about myself, I have a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Jessie showed me techniques and exercises I didn't know existed. Right off the bat, I was surprised with his extensive knowledge. I have trained with personal trainers at Equinox who don't even come close to what Jessie can do. Not to mention, he was a lot of fun and kept me interested the entire time. He obviously knows what he's doing, just look at him! My only advice to you is.. hire him! You will never find any trainer like Jessie! ~Victoria
Lucas Enge is doing a fantastic job of getting me fit. I had been thinking about hiring a trainer to provide structure, direction and accountability for months. When I finally realized I would not have success on my own, I reached out to a few trainers. Lucas provided a free consultation and assessment. I appreciated his clear explanation of how his training program works. After consulting with two other trainers, I selected Lucas primarily because of his approach. It's clear I made the right choice. Lucas is very attentive during workouts - watching carefully and providing instant feedback, including photos and videos to improve posture and movement. The post-workout stretching is unique and very helpful to getting past those initial bouts of soreness. I like to understand why the workout is focused on certain movements or muscle groups, and when I ask questions, Lucas does a great job of explaining. Lucas is very focused on nutrition and makes it a central part of your fitness program. His approach is keyed to long-term success. He assesses your current diet (you maintain a food diary) and gives you feedback on ways to improve vs. requiring sudden significant changes. Lucas is friendly, patient, attentive, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
After working out with various trainers and in bootcamps, I know what style of training I respond best to. Gil makes our workouts enjoyable and he really cares about helping me meet my fitness goals. My job is pretty demanding so working out isn't always top priority, but Gil offers exactly what I need to round out my fitness needs -- I'm already seeing improved definition in my body after training with him this past month! Emmet is wonderful! He knows what he is talking about when it comes to nutrition and is very helpful. I ask many questions and he always has an answer for them doesnt ever seem to be stumped and also know the way around the gym. For both my fiance and I he works with both of us basically going opposite of one another and still makes it work. He keeps you motivated and makes you want to come in for your workout. He doesn't charge on an hourly basis. You pay a one time amount for the month and can workout as much as you want.
