I think customers choose me over other designers because of my work but also because of the customer service I provide. When you love what you do not only do you become good at it but it also makes it so much easier to provide the customer service other designers or ad agencies aren't able to provide.
From design to meeting my clients in person or over the phone. I love it! I dream, eat, sleep and live Graphic Design. Oh yes, my forte is logo design. I also design postcards, business and brochures, t-shirts and much much more!

Cesar blew me away! I provided him with just a few bullet points and a sample image and he came back with EXACTLY what I was looking for. He was very patient and accurate with the adjustments. From getting back to me within hours, and from taking a crappy hand drawn idea, to coming back and submitting first drafts (sent them to me on Thanksgiving non the less!) I contacted Cesar about a week ago regarding a logo I wanted for my plumbing company. I explained to Cesar what I was looking for and a couple of days later, Cesar had sent three options to start off with. The process was incredibly easy and Cesar was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Cesar would respond in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours) to any of the emails I sent him. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible when it comes to pricing. I can charge by the hour or by project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with quick phone call and go over all of their needs first, then we go over the process, samples, turnaround times and payment. This is also a good time to address any concerns they may have :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue my education on a normal basis. It is essential for me to know what's working now a days and what's not. It's just as important for me to stay on top of my computer, graphics skills.
