He was wonderful. I would absolutely use him again. He was friendly and professional. The food was delicious and all my guests raved about how good it was. I had 60 people so it was a good sized event and he had no problems serving everyone. We even had food left over to keep. The price was fair in my opinion. And SO worth not having to provide food myself for that many guests. All in all he is 5 stars!

From the moment they answered our request for quotation, they were the most professional and ultimately, the right choice for our family's surprise birthday party for my wife. They were courteous and respectful and also offered the most extras from other "Taco Men" that we have used before as well as being the most competitive pricing wise. They did everything that they said they would do, were very friendly and very efficient. They got here when they said the would, the food and the presentation was incredibly good. If you like meat on the spicier side, make sure you make one of your choices the Al Pastor (pork). It had a lot of great flavor, some nice heat (not overwhelming, maybe a 6 on a scale of 10). The flavored waters were something that no one else offers and they were not only included in the price but were a hit as well. All of our guests kept asking if this was the same guy we had used before because if it was, he certainly had gotten better and offered a whole lot more. I told them this was Alvaro's tacos and they go all over Southern California. If you are looking to have an event catered, you have to consider Alvaro's Tacos. Their food is excellent, their presentation is excellent (cooking the tacos onsite is a great crowd pleaser). Their cooks are fun. This was just a great experience. For my next out door event that I actually will not do the cooking, I will use Alvaro's Tacos. Simply the best!!

Our pricing is easy, nothing fancy, nothing complicated so the customer has an easy way of reading our quotes per their guest list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am going to start going back to school/training this upcoming year for that there same reason.

actually I didn't decide it just kind of happened.
