Alvaro catered an awesome event. We did the taco "stand" and nacho bar with all the fixings and 2 punches. They were a hit. Both Alvaro and Elouisa provided the service and were very attentive to our many guests. I would have no hesitation to work with them again! 1 hour to set up and less to tear down. You'd never know they were even here as they cleaned up everything and left us with all leftovers neatly packaged before leaving. They were even prepared for the short rain shower we had with a tent!

It was a few days before my sister's memorial service and I was a bit overwhelmed. I contacted Alvaro and he advised they would take care of food, drinks and utensils and I just had to take care of my guests. They arrived early, cooked on site and had all food ready as promised which included 3 meats, tortillas, rice, beans, chips, salad, toppings and drinks for a great price. They cooked the food on site and everything was absolutely delicious! The gentlemen cooking were professional and friendly. I could not have asked for a better catering situation all within my budget. Everyone raved about the food. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to pay attention to their guests and not the food or drinks. Excellent job, thank you Alvaro.

He catered my mom's Memorial Service on 07/06/14 at El Dorado Park. From the very beginning of contacting Alvaro to the very end of the day, it went perfectly. His staff were on time, food was served on time. His staff was very friendly and professional. The drinks were very good, we chose the lemonade and raspberry tea. My husband is very picky and thought the drinks were so good. Our family and friends loved the food and the drinks that were served. The marinated pork was the best!!!!! I would definitely use him to cater any event for us and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Alvaro responded to my request immediately and all communications with him were very professional and prompt. Joel came out to serve at our even and he was great - polite, professional and courteous. Food was very tasty and we received many compliments. Joel left the venue very clean.

Our party was a great success and the biggest attraction was the Taco Guy... They were on time and severed 50 people without any issues. All the meats and condiments were fresh and ready to go. The food was Plenty cooked perfect and was the talk of the party. Want to say a special Thanks to Tim our cook and server, he did an Excellent Job and no one went hungry
