What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$15 per signatures plus traveling fees for notary services.
My living trust package includes one deed for one property, the trust documents and the notary fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by introducing myself and listen to the needs of my clients. I ask question to determine what the best option for them is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a life, health and accident license from the state of California and Florida. And every year I have to do training. I also have my commission from the state of California to be a notary.
