- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we have a four hour minimum. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1) Pre-Qualify the Client to understand the trip details: Date, Pickup Time, Pickup & Destination Cities, # of Passengers, and Type of Event. Step 2) We check the availability and send the quote with photos or videos. Step 3) You decide to book with us, and we create the 'MILES OF SMILES'
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a university graduate with a degree in Corporate Finance and international business. I have a class B passenger endorsement and air brakes licensing with the state of California. I speak basic Mandarin. Also, one extra fun fact about me, I’m an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and have meditated over 10,000 hrs
