- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are job based rather than hourly based. I offer packaged deals for multiple jobs scheduled ahead of time as well. My quotations are based on the actual job needed rather than a vague "this is what I do"...I love helping families bring order to their spaces and work side by side with the customer to achieve the end result, so that the process becomes sustainable. I do offer senior discounts, and work with realtors on pre-move and post-move organizing for their customers as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact with my client, I assess the area(s) that need organizing help and base my recommendations on that assessment. This is typically done in person rather than over the phone, although there are times when photos or videos help if needed. Once the task is scheduled I typically work in sessions of 3-5 hours based on the customer's preference and needs. Multiple sessions can be scheduled for larger tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for myself for over 40 years, in a variety of business, all that relate to helping others. I have been in sales and marketing, in the areas of Insurance and Sales of Home Products. I bring almost 40 years of personal organizing services in the area of home and office management as well.I am certified through multiple platforms: Inspired Organizers, Organizer club Professional Organizers, etc. I am also a top vendor with Home Advisor.
