- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a specialty company who focuses only on repiping and are set up for volume, and with volume comes savings, we pass the savings on to you the consumer, normally we charge a lot less than what a plumber would charge to repipe your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by making an appointment for a free evaluation of the current plumbing system and or a repipe estimate. If a repipe is not needed or has been done, we will let you know. Unlike other companies we will give you any bad news upfront, for example, we will let you know if tile or wallpaper will have to be opened to complete the repipe. But rest assured, we have completed thousands of repipes and have learned many tricks on how to avoid opening tile or wallpaper, if you have been told by another company that tile or wallpaper has to be opened to repipe. Let us take a look, you will pleasantly surprised. After the walkthrough we will discuss with you the repipe process in detail, show you the different repipe materials we offer, and leave you with a written estimate to repipe. Note, we do include the wall patching and texturing of any walls we opened during the repipe as well as a lifetime warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years’ experience in repiping. After working for other companies our founders decided to open Creative Repipe in 2007 and incorporated in 2013. We currently perform roughly 50 repipes per month and repipe single family homes, units, apartment buildings, commercial etc.
