Mario the Technician did a good job along with his associate Brian. The stone looks more even now and the surfaces are much cleaner. We will use HBC Stone & Concrete again for maintenance.

marc.a.demars@gmail.com 12:00 PM (20 minutes ago) to me 1. Quote process: Brayan came to quote kitchen counter polishing, sealing, and repair a deep crack in the granite. He also quoted polishing and sealing our travertine floors. We received a formal, type written quote by email that day. 2. Product Knowledge: Brayan really seemed to be knowledgeable about all things stone. First, we said the likely cause of the crack was water seeping in between the granite layers where it meets the sink. He replaced the cauking. One company that quoted us said the granite crack could not be fixed and quoted us an entirely new countertop - for $6.5k 3. Service: two arrived on time on two consecutive days - the first was for the countertop, the second for the floors. They covered areas that might get splatter or damaged, and moved furniture - being efficient, polite, and exceedingly clean in the process. 4. Result: the granite crack was filled with color-matching epoxy and finished smooth (no ridges or bumps). We two particularly dull areas of the granite on either side of the sink. At the end of the first day, they asked my wife to approve work and she commented that she was hoping they could polish that area a bit better. They next day, they spend a good amount of time focusing on those areas and while not perfect (it was never going to be) it was very will done to the point you'd have to be looking for it to notice. THE FLOOR was amazing. We had surface stains, gouges, tiny scratches and just an overall dull finish. They shined and protected everything beautifully. Every time we walked around the house we said - "can you believe how good floors look!". 5. Recommendation - DEFINITELY have HBC Stone out to bid on your project. Could not be happier with the speed, professionalism, and results.

HBC gave us a quote and date to complete in a timely manner. They showed up, prepped, did their thing, cleaned up and left. It was almost like they were never there except for how immaculate our onyx looked after. This is our to go to compnay moving forward. Thanks

We had an absolutely excellent experience working with HBC Stone & Concrete Care! Mario (who did almost all of the work), Brayan (who provided the quote and followed through with the projects) and Myra (in customer service) were so incredibly nice to work with. Mario fixed a large crack in my kitchen granite counter (can barely see where the crack was!), cleaned and sealed our granite, sealed our kitchen sink/backsplash, restored 10 year old marble floors to look like new, restored our 23 year old bathroom shower to look like new, power washed outside cement/stone, sealed the outside slate/brick with UV protectant (this completely transformed the outside where the colors are more pronounced and look like new), added missing slate tiles to our outside BBQ/outside entryway, and added a beautiful epoxy garage flooring with flakes (where they had to grind down the floors that already had 2 older peeling epoxy coatings). We can't even tell you how happy we are that we found HBC! Mario is so skilled and a genius at what he does. They are great people who will go above and beyond your expectations. Thank you so much HBC!!
