B&B Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning was awesome! I had over 25 windows that needed cleaning, several on the second floor and very hard to get to. Many windows still had paint and stucco on them from construction and the screens and tracks were FILTHY. The quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism was excellent. They showed up on time and took their time. After several hours of them working I felt like the quote they gave me was too cheap for the size of the job - so I gave them more. I will definitely call them again when my windows need cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

I am smiling! Carlos and his son showed up even a few minutes before the appointment time(8AM), ready to work (no, he did not knock on the door to surprise me, but called from outside). It was a good start. Together, they worked VERY hard. My place is "small, one story, and only 10 windows". Though, sure, I know that there is no easy job. These windows were neglected, and had years of dust (I am embarrassed to admit!) They systematically worked from one window to another, dealing even with some difficult conditions (one blind did not raise!). Now my place has spotless & shiny windows, clean screens and tracks. I am very happy to have found them, and glad I took a chance when I was novice on Thumbtack. They presented themselves very professionally, and their price was very competitive. Nery did an amazing job cleaning the windows of my apartment! I have jalousie windows, which are a pain to clean but he thoroughly cleaned each pain, inside and out. Not only was he meticulous in the cleaning, he was thoughtful about his equipment and tidying up everything as he went along. I had been comparison shopping and he was by far the most reasonable in price. I would highly recommend him for any window cleaning and would hire him again for any future projects!

Ed and his crew cleaned the carpet, waxed floors and washed windows at our youth center. I told him I had to leave at 5pm. I was very impressed by his respect for my schedule and press to do a great job in the time available. They didn't waste any time getting started and pushing without stopping. They did a great job. Carpet is fresh and clean and barely had water left since they sucked it out. They had all the equipment needed so was great not having to worry about that. We were ready to go the next day.
