FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically sit down with my client before the project to go over what they are looking to get out of it, and any other details they would like to discuss. I enjoy doing this brief introduction over coffee/tea as we also get to know each other a bit more. After getting an idea of the project/shoot, I will work up a rough invoice on how much it will cost and take the deposit to secure our shoot time being my utmost priority in my schedule. The cost estimate may vary depending on the actual versus projected shoot time. After the shoot, I will give my final invoice and provide all images edited and ready to share on Social Media. I usually share sharable high-resolution files, but I am happy to offer print-worthy pictures upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended UC San Diego and received my BA in Visual Art: Media. During my time there, I also was the Student Assistant for Marketing for Revelle College, where I led a team of Graphic Designers. I also had a hand in a large amount of the design and photography of events on campus.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 2014 with a GoPro Hero 3 and some crystal clear waves. From there, my interest grew into a burning passion that I decided to further in college and I continue to do so.
