I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for over 20 years and have learned from some of the top educators in the industry. I’ve been fortunate to work with 100's of clients and have stood by and supported them through a vast diversity of goals. I am a real person before I'm a certification and I want to help the "rules" fit the lives of my client. I firmly believe that progress should be measured by how we move and feel. All of my programming and sessions focus on a sense of balance, increased mobility, and a sense of adventure to try something new. My goal is to always to end a session with the client feeling stronger and more confident. I love the impact that my choices and direction have had on my clients. Equally, I love seeing how the choices and successes of my clients’ inspire their own communities.

Working with Sean has been a life-changing time in my life. My goal was to increase my over-all fitness. My aim was to participate in the SB Triathlon Sprint. With his superb training and his powerful committment, I accomplished both. Now that the sprint is done, I continue working with Sean to continue this journey. Honest, clear, thoughtful. I have been working out with Sean for several years and it has been going great. It was a challenge for me and him on what exercises and machines that I can do because I am 3 feet and 6 inches. Sean has a lot of patience to go through many machines and exercises to see what I am capable of doing. He assisted me to create a routine exercise plan and helped me with building my confidence. Sean is very Professional, Personable, Funny and a Great Trainer.

Sean is extremely knowledgable. He knows how to train, mindful of practical strength training and cardio, that you can apply to everyday life, and your athletic activities (for me, surfing and skiing). If you have an injury or are soar, he knows exactly how to mitigate the issue with stretching and other means, and deftly modifies a workout to work around the issue. He also understands diet, and provides great input in this regard. He is an awesome trainer, covering all training, and coaching requirements.

I started working with Sean not long after moving to this area a few years ago. I joined the gym and asked for a trainer who is well established, consistent, and good at working with women wanting to lose weight. I was immediately directed towards Sean and I haven't needed to look ever again! Sean is able to assess my problems and help identify my goals even when I am not entirely sure what they are myself. He keeps pushing me to do more and be more by giving me assignments and following up to make sure I do them which keeps me going even when I don't feel like it. He got me running more and more by going on runs with me constantly chirping in my ear tidbits of info to fix my form or change my stride and I feel so much better for it (and I still hear all that when I run even without him haha). Sean is funny and personable and can act as a life coach of sorts for social situations we discuss during workouts which not only helps him learn more about me but also for me to get different perspectives on various situations and be more comfortable with myself. He continues to push me faster, farther, and harder as I get better at it and although I frequently protest, I do like it (don't tell him that). Sean is professional, funny, and makes working out with him enjoyable.

Sean is an amazing trainer who customizes his approach based on each client and you know that you're getting the right workout for your overall goals. Before I started training with him I exercised, but inefficiently and knew that I could be doing better. Sean helped me set concrete goals and guided me through meeting them until I had reached greater strength and endurance than I have ever had before. I will keep training with Sean because the results he helps me achieve have been more than I ever expected and his help has been a huge positive in my life. If you are considering a trainer, I highly recommend Sean!
