Sean is extremely knowledgable. He knows how to train, mindful of practical strength training and cardio, that you can apply to everyday life, and your athletic activities (for me, surfing and skiing). If you have an injury or are soar, he knows exactly how to mitigate the issue with stretching and other means, and deftly modifies a workout to work around the issue. He also understands diet, and provides great input in this regard. He is an awesome trainer, covering all training, and coaching requirements.

Sean has been extremely flexible with my schedule and always accommodates including my wife and/or other family member in our biweekly sessions when they are available to join in. Furthermore, he always asks for an update on the status of my back and overall well being and tailers the ensuing session to target what I need. At 57, I can unequivocally say that without my consistent sessions with Sean, I would not be able to enjoy surfing, running, and withstanding the stress of working in construction. Three years ago, I thought I was going to have to stop surfing, but after having worked with Sean consistently, I am surfing better than I ever have. I value Sean’s services very much and credit him with my ability to stay active and out of pain.

Sean is an amazing trainer who customizes his approach based on each client and you know that you're getting the right workout for your overall goals. Before I started training with him I exercised, but inefficiently and knew that I could be doing better.     I offer a very wide range of services from one-one sessions, to tandem, to small group, to body mechanics, to myofacial release, to SKYPE and FACETIME, to program set up, to assessments and consultations. As such, we'll talk and see whats appropriate for you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Everyday I read new industry articles. I take on a new certification every two months. I am in contact daily with high level industry educators.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My own weight loss of over 135lbs and my discovery of a love of movement.
