My Samsung refrigeration stopped cooling and I got in touch with Matt from Clunch Appliance repair. He was very quick to respond and asked me what the problem was. Asked to check few things and tried to evaluate problem and it’s cost.
I scheduled his visit and he saw refrigerator and found the problem very quickly. One of the electronic control panel was gone bad. He gave me part number and told me order it. Also showed me how to put it back. I could able out part and had some questions and contacted Matt and he helped me out! Very nice, helpful and professional!
