Matt at Clunch Appliance Repair figured out a way to fix my broken freezer door. Even though Samsung and their manuals + repair helpline were not helpful in providing details on which part we needed, Matt was able to tap his network and find the perfect part for the job - saving us from spending a lot more money on a new freezer door or fridge altogether. I’ve been putting off hiring professionals for 2 years to fix the problem of my Samsung refrigerator with ice buildup under the bottom drawer in the freezer. I googled and read that problems came back for some people and money wasted after hiring professionals. For the last 2 years, I just defrost every 4-6 weeks to remove the ice buildup. Recently, it’s getting worse so I had to hire someone to fix it. Got 3 quotes including Matt and Samsung support. I finally decided to hire Matt. He has excellent reviews on Nextdoor neighbors app. All are 5 stars. When I told him of my problems, he said he can fix it and gave me a reasonable and competitive quote. He came and spent his time thoroughly checking all the problems. He fixed it and so far the fridge is working fine. I highly recommend Matt for all the appliance repair. He deserves 5-star rating.

Musa responded right away, arrived when scheduled and after checking everything out told me exactly what was needed and the price. He returned a couple of days later with the new part and ever since it was installed things have been operating perfectly!
