Tom did a great job fixing our washing machine latch and ensuring it was working when he was done. He also attached our dishwasher skirt pad to the bottom of the dishwasher even though we had not asked him to do that when we called him to repair the washing machine. Tom did an efficient and professional job. He is also friendly and knowledgeable, and did the repair service at a great price! Thank you!

Toghrul was awesome! I called Saturday noon and he came in an hour. He was with me for about 1.5 hours and tried to fix the Bosch kitchen cooktop. The screws were too old so we couldnt replace the igniters but he was really helpful and informative. Highly recommended and I will use this service again. I really liked his honesty as well because in the end he said he could not replace the parts and he charged me less.
