Showed up on time on a Sunday to fix our HVAC in the summer heat. very professional and gave good suggestions and answers for my questions about zone splitting and new system, instead of trying to upsell.

Slava was a good HVAC person to work with. He diagnosed my HVAC issue accurately. Ordered the parts and installed them and got the unit up and running. He as been a professional. I would have given him 5 stars if it wasn't for his punctuality and lack of updates. I had to enquire about the status of the part order and had to wait for 45 mins on the day of the repair. He would be great if he keeps the clients up-to-date on the times.
