- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are some standard menus that I offer, for example for BBQ, Formal Dining, Appetizers/Tapas... but it all depends upon the type of menu my client is looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers on a one on one basis so that I may provide exactly what they are looking for. I love to provide my customers with choices that fit according to the budget they have in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate student with a degree in Business and Hospitality Management from San José State University. I have managed kitchens in large corporate companies such as Google Headquarters, Apple and also held the position of Food Sevices Manager for the City of San José.
