FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is very competitive. what I quote is what you get. all my work is garrnteed to last. if you are looking for cheap, there's nothing my company does for cheap you may want to call a handyman for that one
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all customers new and existing i do not do over the phone estimates nor do i do estimates online. the reason for this is that every job if different and i need to evaluate the situation before presenting a price. All my pricing is up front and will not start until it is approved. I do not use high pressure sales tactics. if you want it repaired i will attempt to repair it, if you want if replaced i will replace it. if my pricing to high you may get other estimates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
