Martin was able to come in a short notice & tried to fix the garage door but in the end there was too much to fix that it’s more economical to replace. Nick was very patient working with us on the pricing & was willing to match competitor’s price. We can’t comment on the job itself as it’s not completed yet but so far the people & process has been smooth.

Illia and Sam fixed our garage door springs today. This was their second visit. On the first visit, they gave us bids on the different options. Today, they did the install. They did a great job! Punctual, pleasant, not at all pushy, and they offered the most competitive deal. Such a pleasure to work with these two gentlemen! I recommend them without reservation. Additional kudos to GDI Garage Doors: it's easy to work with them, they gave us several time slot options, and we received a 30 minute notice before Illia and Sam arrived. I will definitely use GDI again if the need should arise!

We had our spring break on the garage door. We called several companies and received several opinions and quotes. Some seemed like "snake oil" salesmen, trying to up sell us on everything. From different grade springs to replacing the whole unit. Sam and Illia were a pleasure to work with. Straight forward. Didn't up sell us on things we didn't need. Inspected everything before telling us if we needed to replace it or not. No hidden prices. They were professional and on time!!! The first time we called for the estimate, they spent a good bit of time in the garage inspecting the door and hardware. They were able to tell us the how old different parts were and the pros and cons of replacement. After we decided to go with them, the service gave us several time slot options that were soon and would work with our schedule. The service called us with updates on their time of arrival. Again Sam and Illia were very prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. At the end of the job, they explained the work they completed and demonstrated the finished product. Very satisfied at all levels, from scheduling the appointments, timeliness, quality and professionalism. I would definitely use GDI Garage Doors again.

The spring on my garage door snapped in the afternoon. I contacted Bay Area Overhead Door and they were able to schedule me in the same day to perform the repair. James was friendly & efficient and was able to replace both springs quickly. Thank you!
