In addition, we are open to negotiate and offer discounts for repeat customers or for projects that are bundled together. Our goal is to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the pricing and feels confident in the investment they are making in their home. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Dreamprint Home Remodeling, we have a straightforward process for working with new customers. First, we schedule an initial consultation with the customer to discuss their remodeling needs, vision, and budget. During this consultation, we will also provide a rough estimate of the project cost. Next, we provide a detailed proposal that includes a breakdown of the costs, timeline, and materials needed for the project. We will also discuss any necessary permits and any city regulations that may need to be followed. Once the proposal is approved and a contract is signed, we will work with the customer to schedule a start date for the project. During the construction phase, we will keep the customer updated on the progress of the project and address any concerns or changes they may have. After the project is completed, we will schedule a final walk-through with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the final result.
