The Dreamprint Home Remodeling team helped with our kitchen and bathroom remodel, including converting a mudroom into a new bathroom. Mendy drew up our permit drawings and got the permit approved with the city of San Jose. He was quick and responsive, and worked to the timeframes he promised. He was familiar with the city of San Jose and went in person to get our permit approved quickly. When we had to make alterations to the permit drawings (we discovered necessary changes as demolition and rough work proceeded), he did them very quickly and walked in again to get approval on the spot, keeping our project on time. He also gave great advice with regards to inspection appointments.

At Dreamprint Home Remodeling, we have a straightforward process for working with new customers. First, we schedule an initial consultation with the customer to discuss their remodeling needs, vision, and budget. During this consultation, we will also provide a rough estimate of the project cost.
Next, we provide a detailed proposal that includes a breakdown of the costs, timeline, and materials needed for the project. We will also discuss any necessary permits and any city regulations that may need to be followed.
Once the proposal is approved and a contract is signed, we will work with the customer to schedule a start date for the project. During the construction phase, we will keep the customer updated on the progress of the project and address any concerns or changes they may have.
After the project is completed, we will schedule a final walk-through with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the final result. We will also provide a warranty on our work and are always happy to help with any future repairs or remodels.
