I did a few remodels in my home. and let me tell you its not as simple as easy as it sounds. One thing I could say that neat for Build did make the process a lot easier and I really appreciate their customer service and The fact that they are always supportive and have amazing communication. This time it wasnt a big remodel just a bathroom but they did a phenomenal job. Thank you guys.

We chose Need for Build for our kitchen and bathroom remodel for two reasons: They came highly recommended on Nextdoor, and their price was the lowest out of the three estimates we received. Overall, our experience was positive and earned them five stars, mostly due to the quality of the subcontractors that completed the work. All of them were not only highly professional craftsmen and women, but quality people as well. They were respectful of our home; were easy to work with, even when plans changed; and cleaned up every day. The result was a beautiful transformation of our home.Our experience with our project manager and assistant manager was equally positive. We had daily communication via text with one or both of them about what was happening each day. The project manager paid attention to every detail, kept the project on track, and managed the schedule and costs. The assistant manager worked hard to make sure all materials were on site when they were needed, down to the smallest detail. We enjoyed working with both of them, and developed an honest relationship and open communication that served us well, especially when things didnt go as we had planned.There were only two areas of our project that were very challenging. The first difficulty was working with NFBs partner company, Reece, which is where we were told to go to order all appliances and fixtures. It took weeks to get quotes; and then out of the 8 appliances we ordered, 5 of them were either damaged in shipment or missing parts. Our cooktop took 5 visits from the repair company (each a week to ten days apart to get new parts) to get it operating, which ironically made it the last item to be completed but the one we needed the most. We had the same experience when trying to order all the fixtures. In fact, we became so frustrated with trying to get a quote, that we gave up and ordered everything ourselves online.The second difficulty happened on day ONE of meeting our project manager for a free estimate. After 3-1/2 hours, he told us he was ready to discuss our contract, and then said that the owners policy was same day discounted price, meaning that we were expected to sign the contract right then in order to receive a 15% discount (which was significant). No chance to review it, talk about it, ask questions, etc. We felt so pressured and disrespected; and it took months to establish trust and a working relationship - not a great start to our project. We would recommend Need For Build to family and friends for the quality of work from the subs and management; but buyer beware of the unknown company policies established by the owner.

Need for Build is a must for your landscaping needs! We needed an entire backyard remodel and we could not be happier with how it turned out. From meeting Doron and discussing what we were looking for to the beautiful execution, the entire process was seemless. Doron was extremely communicative and his team was punctual. We value both those aspects and Doron definitely delivered. We were able to make tweaks and changes along the way to better fit our vision and he was able to communicate them to his crew and we could not be happier with our beautiful backyard. The job was completed well before the anticipated date too, so extra bonus!! For any future remodeling or upgrades, we will be calling up Doron at Need for Build. Highly recommend!!

Need For Build is a wonderful company to work with. I am so happy with the master bathroom that they created for me. I went from a small, outdated, falling apart, single sink master bathroom to a beautiful master retreat spa bathroom. I'm still in shock at how perfect it turned out. Angelo, the project manager, was easy to work with, and a really nice person. His crew of brothers Ramiro, Miguel, Adolfo and their friend Freddy are talented, fun to be around, and care about their work.Thank you all for changing my life.

The Need For Build team were professional, patient and a pleasure to work with on our bathroom renovations. They were willing to work with us to keep costs down without compromising on quality. Fredy and team were able to finish the job quickly and respectfully (which was great for me as I work from home most days). Ivan and Darrell guided us every step of the way in picking the material and recommending great suppliers, and they frequently checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend working with Need for Build to others and for our future needs.
