I researched many companies prior to selecting Need For Build to demo two large sections of block wall and install vinyl fencing in my backyard. Even tho they won't the cheapest, I l chose Need For Build because of Rachel's professionalism when making her presentation and the fact that they had their own employees (no subs) and they would do both the demo and install of the fencing. The demo and fencing involved getting buyin from three neighbors and an HOA. Rachel did a fantastic job putting all the docs together to obtain approvals. The demo work was challenging, but Gus and his sons did an outstanding job. The fence looks amazing and all the neighbors involved are very happy with the outcome! Thanks to Gus, his sons, and Rachel for all of their hard work and dedication on a job well done!

We had a kitchen fire last October and the entire situation was very chaotic and overwhelming for our family. We researched construction companies and came across Need For Build. We met with Rachel who arrived at our home with a reassuring and comforting smile. We discussed the project and she answered all of our questions. It was easy to decide to work with Need For Build and we are so happy that we did. Every person on their team was a pleasure to work with.Rachel made the shopping for kitchen restoration easy she went with us to the showroom, made recommendations, listened to us and we worked as a team in making the decisions on what needed to be purchased. Her help in this process made the world of a difference to us and took the stress off of us by having her expertise and guidance.We had great communication with our project manager Rachel, she always let us know when to expect things to be done, who would be arriving, if there was a delay she let us know right away, she was very responsive in taking our calls and getting back to us and coming by to check on the work being done.The project turned out so much better than we expected! Just overjoyed with the entire process and really appreciate each team that all worked on the project.Thank you Rachel, Nadir & Danny for the spectacular care and service that your team gave us. Loved the outcome of our bathroom project with Need For Build! Nadir Avivi and his team surpassed our expectations. We hired Need For Build to remodel our 3 bathrooms and we are so impressed by the outcome. While they were in our house they were respectful of our home and our family's way of living. They cleaned up after themselves each day, the team is so friendly, punctual, and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Nadir was at the project often and was always in touch with his team, while being accessible to us by phone and in person.We aren't the type of people that know exactly what we want but Nadir was able to help with that too. He has many ideas, is super easy to work with, and he was very patient with us during the process. Nadir actually met us at the store and helped pick out materials when we were unsure what would work together. Once everything had been decided - he worked fast! We were a little doubtful of the timeframe he gave us to complete 3 bathrooms but he was dead on. Eight weeks it took to complete one master plus 2 regular bathrooms. We got 2 other quotes - time wise he was the shortest but we usually know things run longer (so we figured a few more weeks to what was estimated),his pricing was in the middle of the other two. Seeing pictures of his other projects plus he took us to a current project he was doing close by - I was more than confident that Nadir was the person to go with.After the project was completed we decided to do another job with Need For Build and we had our windows replaced as well. The picture shows the new windows on the bottom floor compared to the old windows on the second floor. These are Anlin windows and are energy efficient / noise reducing / and come with a lifetime warranty plus the warranty passes on to the next homeowner. The screens that come with the windows are really nice and much easier to see out of than our old ones.All in all - very happy with our choice of contractor and would easily use them again for future projects.

We had a great experience booking Need for Build. We had a few contractors provide bids on a mix of work we wanted done, which included siding repair, new concrete, tiling, and sod. Their bid was the best value and they completed all of the work in less than two weeks. We were told by nearly everyone who provided bids for the work that a match for our siding would nearly impossible to find, but Need for Build searched high and low until they found a perfect match (without delay to our project). The crew was professional and meticulous and ensured they cleaned each day before they left. Tommy was a pleasure to work with and kept in touch regularly. We will definitely be going to Need for Build for our next major project!

Need For Build did an outstanding job modifying the side yard of our house. The job included clearing large sections of dirt, building a 3 by 50 retaining wall, and installing pavers. The cost estimate came in thousands less than the others I received for the same work. They started on schedule and had a time estimate of 2 to 3 weeks, but they actually finished in only 8 working days. They were very flexible and made changes to the plan at my request as the job proceeded. The work crews were all very polite and helpful; they cleaned up each day and left the final site looking excellent. Another great point is that David was both the salesperson and the project manager so he showed up every day to make sure the progress matched my expectations - Ive had other companys sales people disappear once the sale has been made, but not David!
