My pricing is usually based on the scope of the project, materials, and complexity. I provide free estimates and am transparent about all fees upfront. Sometimes I offer small discounts for multiple rooms or combined services, but I never compromise quality for price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by visiting the space, understanding the customer’s goals, and taking accurate measurements. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I prep the area carefully, do the work efficiently while maintaining quality, and finish with a thorough cleanup. I also walk through the project with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained through hands-on experience in home renovation and specialized tile installation courses. I also keep up with techniques for flooring, carpentry, plumbing, and general handyman skills. While I’m self-employed, I continuously study best practices and building codes to ensure professional results.
