FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear and transparent pricing. The final cost depends on the scope of work, accessibility, and materials required for the project. For most jobs, we provide an upfront estimate after evaluating the issue so there are no surprises. Some services that require diagnostics—such as leak detection or sewer camera inspections—may have a service fee, which is typically credited toward the repair if you proceed with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on clear communication. First, we discuss the issue or project details with the customer and schedule a convenient time for an on-site visit if needed. During the visit, we inspect the plumbing system, identify the problem, and explain the recommended solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
