Introduction: Hi! I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and have also done massage and physical therapy to all ages, both male and female. I am originally from the East Coast and moved to California. I have trained in multiple gyms in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, San Diego and The Bay Area. I focus on individual goals, such as weight loss/weight gain, endurance and strength training, and even therapy training for rehabilitation of sports injuries or arthritis. I can travel to your home, or I can train out of a gym, in a park or wherever you feel more comfortable. I'm looking forward to helping you.
