Every event is unique, so pricing is customized based on the level of planning, coordination, and support needed. We offer flexible packages ranging from day-of coordination to full event planning. During your consultation, we'll discuss your vision, budget, and event needs to provide a clear, personalized quote with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to learn more about your event, vision, budget, and planning needs. For clients who prefer to meet in person, consultation appointments are available for an additional fee. From there, we develop a customized plan and assist with timelines, vendor coordination, and event logistics. Throughout the planning process, we maintain clear communication and provide updates to ensure everything stays on track. On the day of the event, we oversee the details behind the scenes so you can relax and enjoy the experience with your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my career, I have planned and coordinated weddings, bachelorette parties, celebrations of life, corporate events, employee appreciation events, Administrative Professionals Day events, Women in Construction events, team-building activities, retirement celebrations, partnership luncheons, trade shows, golf events and other misc. company gatherings. This experience has given me a strong foundation in managing logistics, timelines, vendor relationships, budgets, and event execution to ensure a seamless experience for clients and their guests.
