- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our price ranges from $65 - $73 per session depending on package size. The bigger the package, the smaller the price. We use our Thumbtack introductory Special as an introduction to Personal training. If our clients decide to continue on after he introductory special, we give them to those free, and apply that initial payment as a credit to their package!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It is extremely important that we find out why or clients are investing in training. Once we figure it their “why” we develop a training program consistent with their goals and lifestyle. Our process starts with an initial screening, assessment, program execution, and re assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Both trainers at our facility have their Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and over 9 years combined training experience. Extensive knowledge in human anatomy, and physiology scrape the surface of their competence. Trainers have training background and certifications in TRX suspension training, working with weight loss and general fitness populations, athletic populations, and more.
