I specialize in helping my clients build strength, get toned and build muscle. Coming from the power-lifting world I will help clients feel secure when lifting and form on all major hits.
Got injuries? That shouldn’t stop you from starting on your fitness goals. I myself have had some injuries on my back, quadriceps, hamstring and abductor tear. It’s important to understand if you have any limitations or if you’d like to learn alternative methods. Because we all know that coming back from an injury takes patience.
