Coming from the power-lifting world I will help clients feel secure when lifting and form on all major hits. Got injuries? That shouldn’t stop you from starting on your fitness goals. I myself have had some injuries on my back, quadriceps, hamstring and abductor tear. It’s important to understand if you have any limitations or if you’d like to learn alternative methods. Because we all know that coming back from an injury takes patience. My clients can expect personalize training fit to their busy schedules for a very reasonable price! I’ve been working out with Ray for almost 2 months and it’s been fantastic. I’ve never been able to say that I’ve enjoyed working out until now - Ray spent time getting to know what I wanted to focus on (weight lifting) and has made every effort to adjust his training to meet my goals. I can feel myself getting stronger and am already noticing physical differences. Our hour flies by and it’s been great getting into a routine working with him as a trainer. Highly recommend him!

My experience with Ray was just amazing. I don't think I can just write everything I like about his class, but the most important point is that he worked on my fundamentals for the first few weeks and made sure whatever I do is correct. I tried doing squats before Ray but it was always painful, after joining his class it just took me 1 session to do squats without pain and it was magical for me. He knows his stuff and what he is teaching you. Above all he is fun to work with. I would anytime recommend his class, if you are lucky enough to get his slot :)

Ray is awesome! I look forward to our sessions because he pushes me, but he also cares about how I’m feeling at the same time. He has a great sense of humor, easy to talk with, encouraging and pays attention to you to be able to make the adjustments needed for you to improve. He’s with you every step of the way. Even though I have years of experience in the gym, it’s nice to have someone to show you something different to make better changes. He’s a great guy and a great trainer! And you will laugh!

I have been working with Raymond for only three weeks, but I have improved so much. I highly recommend Raymond as a trainer. Honestly, he is one of the best trainers you would find out there. He has a holistic approach when it comes to fitness and he observes you thoroughly and listen to you to understand your needs. And he is very passionate about teaching. Most importantly he is one of the most genuine human beings I've met. He truly cares about what he is doing, about his clients and meeting their goals. He checks up on me everyday to see how I'm doing and ge motivates me. He makes sure that I don't get injured and knows exactly what to do to improve my mobility and improve overall movements. Well he has years of experience doing this. Within just three weeks I have seen amazing improvements, so I'm super excited to get trained by him for a long time! He will start from building a good strong foundation for you. Thats what I'm currently doing with him. It really reflects how well trained and educated, and experienced he is. After all, you can only build as high as your foundation is deep. He is building me from the ground up. Honestly this is one of the best choices I have made in my life. He is professional, and he wouldn't waste at least a minute of your time. And most importantly, he is a trainer i trust that he has my best interest at heart. So I trust him completely about meeting my goals. He is a well rounded trainer and I highly recommend him. I would give 10 stars if I could :)

Ray is an experienced and a great trainer, I have never done any workout and I did not know where to start. Ray is very friendly and paid attention to my current body condition and gave workouts without getting injuries. He has helped to  improve my fitness. He gives me that extra push when I need it with my workouts. He's very encouraging and makes sure I am comfortable. I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks.
