- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This will vary according to the customer. Many just want to sing to pre-recorded music or narrate a voice over. Others want to record a song to be marketed through YouTube or other sites. The latter may take more time if I have to arrange and produce the song.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through the entire recording and Pro Tools educational program at Foothill College and continue to attend seminars there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out recording my own music projects, including a 24-song karaoke set called "the Legacy of a King" featuring Elvis Presley songs. 4 of the songs had orchestral music. I also recorded members of the class that I taught at West Valley College. I have since recorded close to 30 songs to accompany a live Neil Diamond Tribute show.
