- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible to budgets. I can work with customers to meet their needs and still make sure they get the most out of their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them and have them give me their vision of what they want for their event. We discuss your event details, approximate number of guests, and desired food. From there, we explore menu options and desired food within the available budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught and have cooked for private events for the past 20 years. I did food prepping for my former boss and catered private events for certain functions of her business. I cater for my church for their various functions. I also cater for the film industry for commercial and feature films.
