I recently bought a house and Trust cleaners did a move in cleaning. The floors and bathrooms are ok not that dirty but appliances especially the fridge was really dirty. They did a good job with everything. They responded quickly to all my questions within an hour.

The cleaners were excellent. However Saul, the coordinator, made a mess of it. I had a big job, 2 houses, wIth a very specific timeline, as I had family coming to visit. I WAS VERY CLEAR WHEN I booked that it would require a big crew and gave them the option of doing it in 2 days. He said he could send a big crew and complete in 1 day. He sent fewer people than originally agreed to and then kept pulling them off to go to other jobs. The 1 day job ended up taking 2 days and not completed by the time my company arrived. I. Ant fault the cleaners, a couple of them worked 12 hour days. I was not happy that everything wasn't completed because I had to send them on their way so I could make dinner for my guests. I spent the late hours of the night while everyone was asleep finishing things up.
