- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cash or card before, or at the completion of the service. There is a 4% fee for all card transactions. 7&8ft tables moved from ground level to ground level within a 30 mile radius of us is a standard price, 9ft tables are more. Any difficulties such as stairs or long walks around the house incur an extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for any and all info they have on the table, such as, is it a 3 piece slate, or a single slate? What city is it being removed from, and what city is it going to? Are there stairs or any other difficulties at either location? We ask to see pics of the table and the work space when possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
