- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A few things: 1. I accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, or Cashapp. 2. All payments must be made BEFORE the lesson. ( The payment reserves your date and time slot.) 3. If you need to cancel, you have up to 12 hours before your scheduled time of your class to do so. 4.When you purchase packages (i.e. 5 classes) please be reminded that if you cancel on a short notice the class still counts. (All customers have until 10pm the day before) If I cancel your class (i.e. emergency) I will make sure you're class is made up in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I give a phone consultation followed by pricing details and scheduling to follow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Swimming has been a big part of my life. I was a Lifeguard for the Chicago Park District for over 15 years. I started teaching children how to swim in 1993 for the YMCA and have since -wherever I was a lifeguard- taught swimming lessons to children and adults.
