I moved to Glendale, CA from out of state in 2011 and S.I.G. was the first and only property management company I needed to deal with. From the time I moved in, all throughout the four years I lived in my apartment, they were always very accommodating, but to be honest I rarely ever had to communicate with them. In my opinion, this is the best relationship you can have with a landlord! On the rare occasion(once, maybe twice in 4 years) that I did need help with something, they were always very easy to reach through phone or email and would send maintenance out the same day. I've since moved out of the area, but when I return, there's nobody else I would go to for a place to live than S.I.G. Thanks again S.I.G. and I hope to be back soon!

I have three single family homes in Encino Park that have been under several different management companies for the last 15 years....no luck with any of them. I was looking for additional rental properties and came accross Tom and Roxana Bradley at one of their Open Houses. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and follow through. Roxana said to call her anytime 24/7 and she meant it. I was further surprised when I learned they do property management,so I switched because it could not be worse than what it was....boy I was surely surprised. Now I know how a property should be managed and maintained. I do not regret my decision.

Kevin has managed three of my properties for over five years and has always placed well qualified tenants in each of my properties. Most of my properties have had long term tenants and have never been vacant for more than 20 days. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my rental business.

Amazing people! I highly recommend PMI golden state to any home owners out there! My tenant was calling me day and night for every little thing and honestly it was very bothersome so I decided to hire a property management company and called numerous places but didn't like how all these agencies were just too aggressive and didn't sound sincere. Then I've heard some great things about PMI so I decided to give them a call. From the first phone call I already knew I could trust them so we set up a meeting. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, very patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and precise. And guess what, there has been 0 phone call ever since they took over. What's great about them is that they report everything on my owner's portal so it's easy for me to get an update without having to call them. How convenient is that? GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY.
