JM Construction (Joe Martines) has been doing repair, remodel and construction jobs for me for almost 20 years. During those years his work has included repairs on my personal residence, and significant repair and remodeling work on rental houses, apartments and commercial rental buildings. He has a special talent for analyzing a situation and suggesting the most functional and aesthetically pleasing design possibilities. The quality of his work has always been outstanding, and I am sufficiently comfortable with his work ethic and professionalism that for many years I have not felt the need to obtain a bid or quote before he performs the work. I highly recommend him for any construction job, big or small.
