Christine R. says, "Jordan responded within minutes of my request, but the original electrical job was already taken by another company (not related to Thumbtack). When Jordan arrived, he was very competitive and spoke compelling reasons to hire him to perform other tasks he was qualified to do. It so happened that I needed someone to install some grab bars for my elderly mother for whom we became recent caregivers. I also had an outdoor plumbing issue, i.e., a frozen water spicket needed to be replaced. There were a few other minor tasks I asked him to perform which he was happy to oblige. He was able to successfully complete 12 tasks within 8 hours (4 hours each day over 2 days). The reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because he didn’t provide a written estimate, or receipt of payment. In other words, his administrative skills are lacking."See more
