Hello Central Coast my name is Josh Mendez, owner and operator of Handy-Mendez! We are experienced and passionate about the quality of work we provide.
We are well versed and can do it all, including framing, electrical, plumbing, tile setting, cabinetry, finish work, carpentry and assembly .

Josh was AMAZING! His clear quote with his hourly price was appreciated as was his communication on his timing! He is the real deal and insisted on his work being done RIGHT! We are super happy with his work and professionalism and will definitely choose him again! He built shelves in an alcove, repaired drywall, installed washer/dryer and vanity.

Josh was very responsive, and did a great on my fence project. He was even able to expedite the job and complete it over a weekend at my request. We had to adjust the design on the fly due to unforeseen previously bad construction on the property, and not only did he and his team roll with it, they knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

My son is a college student at Cal Poly SLO and is moving into his first apartment. We needed some help with building out his closet in his space. I reached out to Handyman Mendez in the afternoon and he responded right back. Offered me a fair price to do the work (patching some holes in the walls and hanging the new closet rods), showed up a few hours later and was very professional and provided quality work! I would 100% recommend him to anyone and will call him again for any further repairs we may need.
