- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In regards to florals we have a minimum order amount per item; however, we also offer a budget conscious option so inquire if you are on a budget. For wedding planning and coordination we offer discounts if you are also using our floral services and have four tiers of service - Coordination, Month-of Coordination, Planning (full-service) and Design (includes planning and coordination).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the client fill out a floral request form (if doing flowers) and submit photos. Then we create a proposal with images and pricing. The client can expect to relieve what we show them in the photos. Unfortunately as wedding planners, all too often we've seen brides who hire other florists end up w something different than they were expecting. No surprises here!

All types from the budget conscious bride to celebrity clients. We believe that all clients should be treated like royalty.
