Hello, Bobby Author here. I charge $80 an hour plus materials for handyman services. A list: mounting artwork, shelves, tv's, bike racks; furniture and equipment assembly; drywall; painting; tile; door hardware/locks; and light electrical; light plumbing; and anything else you might need mounted, fixed, or assembled. I do not work on: electrical or plumbing that must be done by a licensed contractor; appliances; decks and fence installations; exterior house painting; roofing; or other heavy construction projects. Additionally, I have a background in information technology. For computer systems (PC) or IT related services, I charge $100 an hour and a four hour minimum for pc builds and/or operating system installation. I have General Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance for any HOA requirements.

Bobby is exceptional at what he does. He is quick to understand issues and comes up with easy solutions. He also has a background in IT which came in handy in my Ring doorbell installation. Bob is by far and beyond THE BEST hired handyman. He is wonderful to communicate with, and even had a great sense of humor, brings his tools and devices that ensure things are done effectively and safely, he was very patient with needing to go to the store, very clean. He did assembly work and hanging of certain art pieces on our wall. We didn’t know the scope of work we signed him up for but he had a really good attitude and finished everything with the upmost quality. He truly is a jack-of-all trades and will definitely look forward to hiring him again and again and again! I even enjoyed his company!
