About
I approach coaching from a mind-body-spirit perspective, offering individualized, client-centered support that positions you as the expert in your own life. With 14 years in practice and a foundation in somatic healing approaches, mindfulness, DBT, and CBT, I create a safe, nurturing space where you can slow down, tune in, and explore your quieter, wiser self. Together, we’ll gently deconstruct the thoughts and feelings that shape your world and uncover new, empowering life trajectories. My work is about providing a soft place to land amidst life’s challenges, while inviting you to expand your awareness with compassion. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible with thoughtful, holistic support, I’d be honored to work with you.

Worked with Stefanie on several occasions and it was magical. She didn't skirt around my issues, she dove in head first and helped me to really come to grips with quite a few issues I had regarding intimacy, anger and family conflict resolution. I can't thank her enough. Its as if she gave me a new life, a new direction and I would highly recommend her. She is extremely personable and wonderful to share with. I felt comfortable with her from the moment I met her. She is a marvelous therapist!

Stefani's therapeutic style really worked for me. Some therapists just sit there and listen, but Stefani goes beyond that by making suggestions and offering specific guidance that you can apply to your daily life. I would highly recommend her.

Patient and understanding, compassionate with what she does, and knowledgable in many aspects. She was able to help address many of my concerns such as addiction, codependency and childhood trauma while being nonjudgmental and giving unconditional support. Stefani is my ideal therapist.

Stefanie Reitter is an excellent therapist! She is warm, personable and professional. What I especially appreciate about Stefanie is she truly understands the mind-body-spirit connection and she integrates that in her practice. I have referred clients to Stefanie for both individual therapy and her powerful mindfulness groups and they have been very satisfied!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around! Interview potential therapists to see if you are a good fit before committing. The therapeutic relationship is a tremendously important one and worth the extra time and effort in the beginning to find the right professional. Diplomas on the wall only tell half the story. Like all relationships, chemistry is key. Also, on the flip side, be prepared to, at some point in therapy, feel emotions towards your therapist. It could even just be something small like they made you wait in the lobby too long. This is not bad news!If the therapist is a good one, he or she will invite your honesty and feedback and use it to help you understand yourself better. Don't keep these feelings and thoughts to yourself. As one of my favorite therapists said once, "It's all grist for the mill" and it most certainly is.
