I declutter your space, edit items, organize, provide a system and storage solutions, color code, pack and unpack, file and so on… Basic Rates: $75/h per Organizer - 4-Hour Minimum. We’re usually a minimum of 2 Organizers, depending on project size and length, more Organistas are available. Discount and/or custom pricing for bigger projects available. Maintenance Clients get custom rates. I hired Elli for a big job helping me go through my mom’s house with her and me. As my mom is in her late 80s, I am constantly overwhelmed every time I think of the huge undertaking it will be for me to take over her house and her things when she is gone. I had done a little research on professional organizers and also on how to coach older people on how to pair down their things and also create digital records of their papers, etc. for better preservation. When I brought these women over, they moved mountains with my mom. It was such a relief to have them there to help and hold our hands through a difficult process. It was surprisingly emotional and they were able to handle the psychology of it all. I definitely recommend you use them if you need to do some purging and organizing of sensitive items.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our hourly rate is $75, depending on the size and length of the project, discount or custom estimates are available.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Unless it’s a very straight forward job, we always suggest to schedule a consultation. It will give us the opportunity to evaluate the project properly and give you a final price + suggestions regarding product purchases or modifications etc. Some Projects need more planning and preparation time than others.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    How much they’re willing to spend, if they are ready to edit items and donate/throw away. Their practical needs, issues that causes cluttering or keeping spaces unorganized.
