I am so unbelievably grateful to Sam for what she did in my apartment. She is such a hard worker, really supportive, friendly, and non judgmental. I was very embarrassed at how my apartment was and she just came in and worked all day unit it was almost unrecognizable. The closets are amazing and beautiful, we found a place for everything. This is some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I’m so happy and I have already been singing her praises to everyone I know.

    SORTED.bysam is currently billing hourly at $65/hour (there is a 4 hour minimum)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once a client reaches out to SORTED.bysam the general process is as follows: + CONNECTION CALL: This is to get general information and an understanding of what you are looking for assistance with. It is also very helpful to provide photos for context, as some projects are bigger than initially described. We will start with your highest priority areas and discuss goals and plans for your space. + SCHEDULE: Booking a date and time for your services. + SORT: Once the big day has arrived, we will get to work on the space and get you SORTED.
